Step 1: Creating Your Design
After the consultation is complete and service confirmed I will access your property for measurements. I can also manage the transfer inspection for new properties if needed. Next is the fun part of creating the final interior concept for your property using virtual sketches and visuals.
Step 2: Delivery & Installation
When the design concept is approved by you, I will manage the demanding logistics of ordering, delivering and installing your fittings. We sometimes use sub-contractors for various professional fittings but we manage and oversee their work in great detail on your behalf. Meanwhile, the Kristyna Picot "furniture squad" get to work on the unpacking, building and installation of all the standard fittings.
Step 3: Exceptional Quality Control
Ensuring a European standard of workmanship is one of the most important parts of my service. It is normal to expect a few snagging issues during the job but it is very important I am personally there to identify and fix any unexpected problems. Leaving contractors to do their work without any quality management is not advised here in Thailand. I will personally approve all work before contractors leave the property each day.
Step 4: Cleaning & Free Photoshoot
Within just 2 weeks your furniture will be delivered, installed and approved. At this final phase we do a deep clean of the property and prepare it to showroom standard. We include a FREE professional photo shoot to help you showcase your property online. The professional photos are non-exclusive and can be used to help boost your listings for sale or rent.
